I have stickers on my helmet that bring smiles to faces, and sometimes chuckles and laughs.

I also have helmet stickers in memory of Fallen Heroes who I personally had the honor of standing for and/or escorting. (Please scroll down to see my helmet, and a few of the stickers and photos of our Fallen Heroes.)
A Gold Star next to a name means I attended the Fallen Hero's funeral or memorial service, escorted the Fallen Hero, or met the Fallen Hero's Gold Star Family

Our roster began as Fallen Heroes from Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, and Operation New Dawn. In 2012, we expanded to include those who lost their lives while in service to our country after 2000 for which there is no national memorial. To our knowledge, there is no national memorial for those who gave their lives while serving in Iraq and Afghanistan, which is the reason we decided to continue maintaining this section of my website after our 2011 cross-country mission honoring our Fallen Heroes. Therefore, please do not ask us to add ALL names of ALL who gave their lives in prior wars or operations, such as Vietnam, Korea, WWII, WWI, US Civil War, etc. My driver and I simply do not have the resources for such an undertaking. We also do not have the resources to identify all men and women who died while on active duty, but not in a war. However, if you would like to individually add your Hero to our list, regardless of war or date, we will be happy to add your Hero.

If you are the mother, father, sibling, spouse, or child of a person who lost his or her life while in the uniformed services (military), please send me an email and my driver and I will be honored to add your loved one to the roster. Please provide as much information as possible, including name, rank, branch of military, date of death, age at time of death, war/operation (if applicable), location of death (country or if died in the US, the state), and hometown and state. Essentially, if the mother meets the criteria to become a Gold Star Mother, we will be honored to add your Fallen Hero.
